We're looking for a thumbnail maker who can create scroll-stopping, high-CTR thumbnails for our gaming channels.
What you'll do
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks without misleading viewers
- Iterate quickly on concepts and A/B variations
- Keep a consistent, recognisable style across multiple channels and languages
- Collaborate with editors and creators in the Media Creator program
What we're looking for
- Strong Photoshop (or equivalent) skills — compositing, colour, typography
- An eye for contrast, faces / emotion and readability at small sizes
- A portfolio of thumbnails with proven CTR or engagement is a big plus
- Fast turnaround and openness to feedback
